Ruturn Policy

BulkPhoneCase does not accept returns for change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

Exceptions:

  • If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
  • We will review the case and provide a full refund or replacement for the affected item(s).

Important Notes:

  • All claims must include proof of damage.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • BulkPhoneCase is not responsible for items damaged after delivery due to mishandling by the recipient.

This policy ensures product quality while keeping our operations efficient for wholesale customers.
